Our Ground Services team has an exciting career opportunity for a Administrative Assistant in Quito.

You will Ensure the efficient execution of the administrative and operational processes of the area, supporting management in budget compliance, generating reports and recommendations that facilitate decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Places orders for goods and services in each brand's systems (Oracle, Anexeus, Zeus).
  • Receives, enters, and processes invoices for goods and services for the department.
  • Prepares the monthly provision of goods and services.
  • Monitors budget compliance and management.
  • Prepares reports on budget compliance, deviations, and/or recommendations.
  • Coordinates the following weekly operational processes with the various institutions and stakeholders in each area: National Park entrances, issuance of travel documents, and baggage inspection.
  • Makes requests for use of the VIP lounge at Baltra and VIP services with Quiport.
  • Provides logistics support for projects, workshops, and other departmental needs.

Requisitos

Requirements to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, commercial engineering or related careers.
  • Minimum experience of 1 years in similar positions.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English indispensable.
  • Proficient in Office 365, Excel and Power BI especially.
